Ryanair celebrate record sales from Belfast City

Ryanair has announced a seat sale to celebrate record bookings at its recently opened base at Belfast City Airport. Since November, over 300,000 passengers have booked flights on Ryanair’s four routes from the airport to Stansted, Glasgow, Liverpool and East Midlands, and to celebrate it is offering a further 100,000 seats from £10 including taxes.
The budget airline also reports that 95% of its flights from Belfast are on-time, 'leaving Easyjet’s performance from Lough Neagh International airport trailing far behind.' Commenting on the record bookings and best on time performance, Ryanair’s Head of Sales & Marketing, Caroline Baldwin said: ’To celebrate this massive demand 100,000 seats are available on all 4 routes from Belfast City from just £10 including taxes and charges.'
