Seven new Belfast routes for bmibaby

bmibaby has announced seven new routes from Belfast City Airport. Flights to Malaga, Alicante, Palma, Faro and Ibiza will take off next March (in 2012), and were put on sale yesterday. A year-round service to Amsterdam will also operate from October this year, along with winter only flights to Geneva from December.
A spokesman for bmibaby said two additional aircraft will be based in Belfast to serve the flights. The news comes as the airline announced it was pulling out of Cardiff and Manchester airports after the summer season.
