Ryanair flight diverted to Belfast

A Ryanair flight from Luton flying to City of Derry Airport had to be diverted to Belfast City Airport this morning due to technical difficulties.
An airport spokesperson said: ‘There was a fault with a landing aid and this, along with the weather, resulted in the diversion. The passengers on the Luton - Derry flight were taken by bus to Londonderry.'
