bmibaby move Amsterdam flight to help football fans

Northern Ireland's Manchester United fans who want to travel to the Europa League match against Ajax have received a boost from bmibaby. The budget airline has changed its Belfast City - Amsterdam schedule to ensure that supporters can make it to the game on time.
The airline has adjusted its flight schedule from Belfast City to Amsterdam Schiphol on the afternoon of Thursday February 16. The flight will take off from Belfast at 13:20 and arrive in Amsterdam at 16:00 well ahead of the 19:00 kick off.
Julian Carr, managing director, bmibaby, said: ‘We know there is a huge Manchester United following in Northern Ireland and this is a big match, so it’s important to us to be flexible and to facilitate timely and affordable travel from Belfast to Amsterdam.’
