Jet2 scrap Prague flights from next March
30.11.07
Budget airline Jet2 has announced that it is axing its flights between Belfast International Airport and Prague next March 3. Passengers booked to fly after this date will receive refunds.
Jet2 sent an email to passengers yesterday to announce the decision, but said they would have to wait up to 28 working days for their refund. The airline has blamed 'seasonal factors' for the decision.
The service was launched in February 2004 and operated 4 times a week. Rival budget airline easyJet recently launched a rival service to Prague from Belfast International Airport.
